This is the Privacy Policy of the NRN group of companies which include NRN Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 655 025 479), NRN Solar Retail Pty Ltd (ACN 631 583 536), NRN Operations Pty Ltd (ACN 655 636 561) and NRN Assets Pty Ltd (ACN 655 636 669) (collectively, "NRN", "we", "our" and/or "us").

What constitutes personal information will vary, depending on whether an individual can be identified or is reasonably identifiable in the particular circumstances.

The kinds of personal information that we collect and hold may include details such as your:

   4. driver's licence number; and
   5. passport number; and

The ways in which we collect personal information can be broadly categorised into information that:

We usually collect personal information directly from you. Sometimes we collect this information or confirm this information with a third party. We will use reasonable efforts to obtain your consent prior to contacting a third party for this purpose.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer that is tied to information about the user. Two common types of cookies are session ID cookies and persistent cookies.

Session ID cookies make it easier for a user to navigate a website. Once a user closes the browser, the cookie session ID simply terminates. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on the user's hard drive for an extended period of time.

Persistent cookies can be removed by following the relevant internet browser help directions. We do not use session ID cookies or persistent cookies.
